Brittany was perhaps the competition’s biggest underdog since she only won one design challenge out of five high scores throughout the season, and like Laurence she was at the bottom three times. Laurence also received three challenge wins out of six total high scores, but she also came close to elimination three times. So who had the best chance of winning? Well, Bishme went into the finale with the strongest track record: seven high scores from the judges including three challenge wins, and only one low score. The winner of the competition would get $250,000, a mentorship with the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America), and a feature in Elle magazine. Rami Kashou was sent home from “Runway” last week in the “ Sky’s the Limit” challenge leaving three final designers competing for another chance at the “Project Runway” title: Brittany Allen (Season 18), Laurence Basse (Season 15) and Bishme Cromartie (Season 17).
